1, si vos marchandises arrivent endommagées ou défectueuses, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures suivant la réception de votre commande. Nous nous chargerons de livrer de nouveaux articles ou de rembourser tout votre paiement. Vous n'avez pas besoin de retourner les marchandises endommagées.
2, Retour des marchandises que vous n'avez pas commandées (mauvaise taille/couleur/article). Si vous constatez que les marchandises que vous avez commandées ne correspondent pas aux marchandises que vous avez reçues, vous avez le droit de nous retourner les marchandises dans les 14 jours suivant leur réception.
